Talk back is used for handicapped peoples and there option is on and you android is talk(voice)back to you touchscreen.

Magnification Gestures : .

The Magnification Gestures is used for and android app are working and you can click two time (dual click)screen and zoom(Magnification ) the any android screen any time.

Touch & Hold delay : .

This option Touch & Hold delay is work for set you touch screen speed and Hold settings.
